FORBES POSITIONS

Service Technician

Location: Forbes, NSW | Type: Full-time (Monday–Friday)

Are you a skilled mechanic looking to work with industry-leading machinery? We are looking for a Service Technician to join our Forbes workshop to maintain and repair our core fleet.

  • The Role: Perform high-level diagnostics, routine servicing, and major repairs, predominately on JCB and Kubota equipment.

  • Requirements: Trade qualification and experience in heavy machinery or agricultural equipment. Salary is competitive and based on experience.

Spare Parts Interpreter

Location: Forbes, NSW | Type: Full-time (Monday–Friday)

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our parts department. You will be responsible for assisting customers and our internal workshop team with precision parts determination.

  • The Role: Managing stock audits, processing incoming parts, and maintaining work orders.

  • Requirements: Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach. Previous experience in parts interpretation is highly desirable.

 

FYSHWICK POSITIONS

Spare Parts and Retail Sales

Location: Fyshwick, ACT | Type: Full-time (Monday–Friday)

Are you a meticulous individual with an eye for detail and a passion for customer service? We are seeking a Spare Parts and Retail Sales professional to join our Fyshwick team to support our customers and service department.

  • The Role: Interpret customer requirements in-person and over the phone, identify and source parts using inventory systems, and manage the dispatch and receipting of stock. You will provide technical advice, process payments, and ensure the showroom is restocked and ready for business.

  • Requirements: Strong communication skills and basic computer literacy are essential. Previous experience in the auto or machinery industry is advantageous, but full training on our inventory systems is provided. We value reliability, punctuality, and a positive team attitude.

Regional Account Manager

Location: Fyshwick, ACT | Type: Full-time (Monday–Friday)

Are you a motivated sales professional with experience in the heavy machinery sector? We are looking for a Regional Account Manager based in Fyshwick to drive growth across the ACT and Southern NSW regions.

  • The Role: Proactively develop new business and manage existing accounts across the civil construction, quarrying, and earthmoving industries. You will provide technical product advice on equipment and wear components while managing quotes, tenders, and regional relationship building.

  • Requirements: Proven experience in territory management or sales within the earthmoving or heavy machinery industry. You must be self-motivated, hold a current driver’s licence, and be comfortable with regional travel. Competitive salary, commission, and a company vehicle are provided.
